Week 12 News: Last Week, Push to the Finish!
![]()
April 26, 2010
Dear Friends,
It’s the last week of the 12-week challenge! We have had some amazing success, but now is no time to slow down. You know how Olympic runners put on that extra burst of speed at the end of their race? That can be you, at the end of this challenge. This week, try to walk more steps than you ever have before, exercise more minutes, jump to the Shape Up RI calendar, and fit in one more free class (maybe something you haven’t tried before?). We hope you will join us Sunday, May 2nd, walking or running the 5K race (see below for more info). Also, see below for our sponsor Gold's Gym special event for Shape Up RI participants that is happening today!
I wish you and your team the best of luck in the remainder of this competition!
Yours In Health,
Rajiv Kumar
